Terms of Service

본 약관은 SG PDF Pro 소프트웨어 이용에 관한 전반적인 사항을 규정합니다. These terms stipulate overall matters regarding the use of SG PDF Pro software.

제1조 (목적)
Article 1 (Purpose)

본 약관은 가야코드랩(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 'SG PDF Pro' 소프트웨어(이하 "제품")의 라이선스 구매, 기기 인증 및 이용에 관한 회사와 고객 간의 권리, 의무를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. The purpose of these terms is to stipulate the rights and obligations between Gaya Code Lab (hereinafter "Company") and the customer regarding the license purchase, device authentication, and use of the 'SG PDF Pro' software (hereinafter "Product").

제2조 (라이선스 규격 및 인증 정책)
Article 2 (License Specifications and Authentication Policy)
  1. TRIAL (체험판): 최초 인증 시 7일간 기능 제한 없이 사용할 수 있으며, 기간 만료 후에는 정식 라이선스를 구매해야 합니다. TRIAL (Trial Version): Can be used without functional restrictions for 7 days upon initial activation. After expiration, a formal license must be purchased.
  2. B2C (개인용): 1개의 라이선스 키당 1대의 PC에서만 영구적으로 사용할 수 있습니다. B2C (Personal): Can be used permanently on only 1 PC per 1 license key.
  3. B2B (기업용): 계약된 좌석(Seat) 수만큼의 다중 PC 인증을 지원하며, 관리자의 요청을 통해 기기를 통제 및 변경할 수 있습니다. B2B (Corporate): Supports multi-PC authentication up to the contracted number of seats, and devices can be controlled and changed upon administrator's request.
  4. 온라인 인증 환경: 인터넷 연결이 가능한 환경에서는 최대 90일간 오프라인 상태에서 사용을 보장합니다. 90일 경과 후에는 라이선스 무결성 검증을 위해 서버와의 네트워크 연결이 1회 이상 요구됩니다. Online Authentication: Guarantees offline use for up to 90 days in environments with internet access. After 90 days, at least one network connection to the server is required for license integrity verification.
  5. 폐쇄망(망분리) 오프라인 인증 환경: 인터넷 연결이 원천 차단된 기업 환경을 위해 파일 기반 수동 인증 방식을 지원합니다. Closed Network Offline Authentication: Supports file-based manual authentication for corporate environments where internet access is completely blocked.
    • ① 폐쇄망 PC에서 프로그램 실행 후 '장치 ID(request.dat)' 파일 생성 ① Run program on closed network PC to generate 'Device ID (request.dat)' file.
    • ② 생성된 파일을 인터넷이 가능한 외부망 PC로 반출하여 당사 이메일로 전송 ② Export generated file to internet-enabled PC and send to our email.
    • ③ 당사에서 암호화된 '라이선스 인가 파일(license.dat)'을 발급하여 회신 ③ We issue and reply with encrypted 'License Authorization file (license.dat)'.
    • ④ 해당 파일을 폐쇄망 PC 프로그램에 등록하여 영구 활성화 ④ Register the file to the closed network PC program for permanent activation.
    • (PC 변경 시 ①~④ 재진행) (Repeat ①~④ when changing PC)
제3조 (기기 변경 및 초기화)
Article 3 (Device Change and Reset)
  1. PC 포맷, 하드웨어 교체 등으로 인하여 인증된 기기 정보(Device Fingerprint)가 변경된 경우 제품 사용이 제한될 수 있습니다. Product use may be restricted if authenticated Device Fingerprint changes due to PC formatting, hardware replacement, etc.
  2. 고객은 회사의 문의 채널을 통해 기존 기기의 인증 초기화(Reset)를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 정당한 구매자임이 확인되면 지체 없이 인증을 해제하여 새 기기에서 사용할 수 있도록 조치합니다. Customers may request a device authentication reset via our inquiry channel. Once verified as a legitimate purchaser, the Company will promptly release the authentication for use on a new device.
제4조 (회사의 의무 및 면책 조항)
Article 4 (Company's Obligations and Disclaimers)
  1. 회사는 제품의 안정적인 서비스와 라이선스 인증 서버를 유지할 의무가 있습니다. The Company is obligated to maintain stable product services and license authentication servers.
  2. 회사는 고객이 제품을 사용하여 작성, 편집, 변환한 PDF 문서의 내용 및 결과물에 대해 어떠한 법적 책임도 지지 않습니다. The Company assumes no legal responsibility for the contents and results of PDF documents created, edited, or converted by customers using the Product.
  3. 소프트웨어의 특성상 예기치 못한 버그나 사용자의 PC 환경 문제로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해서는 배상 책임을 지지 않으므로, 고객은 중요한 문서를 사전에 백업해야 합니다. Due to the nature of software, we are not liable for data loss caused by unexpected bugs or user's PC environment issues. Customers must back up important documents in advance.
제5조 (환불 정책)
Article 5 (Refund Policy)
  • 1. 본 제품은 정품 라이선스 키가 발급(노출)되거나 PC에 인증이 완료된 이후에는 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상 환불이 불가능합니다. 1. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not possible once the license key has been issued or activated on a PC.
  • 2. 회사는 7일간의 무료 체험판을 제공하므로, 고객은 구매 전 체험판을 통해 기능을 충분히 확인해야 합니다. 2. The company provides a 7-day free trial; customers must fully verify functions before purchase.
제6조 (준거법 및 관할법원)
Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

본 약관과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 개발자 소재지의 관할 법원을 합의 관할 법원으로 합니다. Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction in the court of the developer's location.
