Terms of Service

본 약관은 SG PDF Pro 소프트웨어 이용에 관한 전반적인 사항을 규정합니다. These terms stipulate overall matters regarding the use of SG PDF Pro software.

제1조 (목적)

Article 1 (Purpose)

본 약관은 가야코드랩(이하 "회사")이 무상으로 제공하는 'SG PDF Pro'(SGPDF, 이하 "제품")의 이용 조건과 자율 후원에 관하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. These terms stipulate the rights and obligations between Gaya Code Lab (hereinafter "Company") and the user regarding the conditions of use and voluntary donation for SG PDF Pro (SGPDF, hereinafter "Product"), which is provided free of charge.

제2조 (이용 조건 및 사용권)

Article 2 (Conditions of Use and License Grant)

1. 사용권의 범위: 이용자는 개인 및 업무 목적을 불문하고 대수 제한 없이 제품을 설치하고 사용할 수 있습니다. 회사는 이용자에게 비독점적이고 양도 불가능한 사용권을 부여합니다. Scope of License: Users may install and use the Product on any number of machines, for personal or business purposes alike. The Company grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.
2. 저작권: 제품에 관한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 무료 제공이 저작권의 포기를 의미하지는 않습니다. Copyright: Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Product belong to the Company. Free distribution does not constitute a waiver of copyright.
3. 금지 행위: 제품의 판매 또는 유상 재배포, 프로그램을 위조 및 변조하여 배포하는 행위, 리버스 엔지니어링 및 역컴파일, 회사의 명칭이나 표장을 사칭하는 행위를 금지합니다. Prohibited Acts: Selling or redistributing the Product for a fee, distributing forged or modified builds, reverse engineering or decompiling, and impersonating the name or marks of the Company are prohibited.

제3조 (자율 후원)

Article 3 (Voluntary Donation)

1. 후원은 전적으로 이용자의 자율적 판단에 따른 것이며, 제품 이용의 조건이 아닙니다. Donation is entirely at the discretion of the user and is not a condition of using the Product.
2. 후원 여부에 따라 제공되는 기능, 성능, 업데이트에는 어떠한 차이도 없습니다. 후원으로 인해 추가 기능, 우선 지원, 그 밖의 별도 권리가 발생하지 않습니다. There is no difference whatsoever in features, performance, or updates based on whether a donation is made. Donations do not create additional features, priority support, or any other separate rights.
3. 후원금은 특정 재화나 용역의 대가가 아닌 자발적 기부의 성격을 가지므로 원칙적으로 환불 대상이 아닙니다. 다만 착오 송금 등 명백한 사유가 있는 경우 문의 채널을 통해 반환을 요청할 수 있습니다. Donations are voluntary contributions rather than payment for specific goods or services, and are therefore not subject to refund in principle. In clear cases such as a mistaken transfer, however, a return may be requested through the contact channel.
4. 후원 방법: 대한민국 내에서는 카카오톡 채널 안내와 계좌 이체(신한은행)로, 그 외 지역에서는 Ko-fi(ko-fi.com/gayacodelab)로 자율 후원할 수 있습니다. How to donate: Within the Republic of Korea, via the KakaoTalk channel and bank transfer (Shinhan Bank); elsewhere, via Ko-fi (ko-fi.com/gayacodelab).

제4조 (배포 및 업데이트)

Article 4 (Distribution and Updates)

1. 제품의 공식 배포처는 본 홈페이지의 다운로드 영역이며, 최신 버전과 직전 2개 버전을 포함해 총 3개 버전을 공개합니다. The official distribution point is the download area of this website, which publishes three versions in total: the latest release and the two preceding ones.
2. 회사는 공식 배포처 이외의 경로에서 내려받은 파일의 무결성과 안전성에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 이용자는 다운로드 영역에 함께 공개된 SHA-256 값으로 파일을 검증할 수 있습니다. The Company is not responsible for the integrity or safety of files obtained from sources other than the official distribution point. Users may verify files against the SHA-256 values published alongside the downloads.
3. 제품은 무상으로 제공되므로 회사는 특정 시점의 업데이트 제공, 기능 유지, 홈페이지의 연속적인 가용성을 보장하지 않으며, 사전 고지 후 배포를 중단하거나 내용을 변경할 수 있습니다. As the Product is provided free of charge, the Company does not guarantee updates at any particular time, continued availability of features, or uninterrupted availability of the website, and may discontinue distribution or change its contents after prior notice.

제5조 (면책 조항)

Article 5 (Disclaimers)

1. 제품은 무상으로 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 회사는 특정 목적에의 적합성이나 무결성을 명시적으로든 묵시적으로든 보증하지 않습니다. The Product is provided free of charge on an "as-is" basis, and the Company makes no warranty, express or implied, as to fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from defects.
2. 회사는 이용자가 제품을 사용하여 작성, 편집, 변환한 PDF 문서의 내용 및 결과물에 대해 어떠한 법적 책임도 지지 않습니다. The Company assumes no legal responsibility for the contents or results of PDF documents created, edited, or converted by users with the Product.
3. 소프트웨어의 특성상 예기치 못한 버그나 이용자의 PC 환경 문제로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해서는 배상 책임을 지지 않으므로, 이용자는 중요한 문서를 사전에 백업해야 합니다. Due to the nature of software, the Company is not liable for data loss caused by unexpected bugs or by issues in the PC environment of the user. Important documents must be backed up in advance.

제6조 (준거법 및 관할법원)

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

본 약관과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 개발자 소재지의 관할 법원을 합의 관할 법원으로 합니다. Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction in the court of the developer's location.
